Every Analog RS piece is produced especially for the person who orders it. These policies explain production, delivery, and how we make things right when an order arrives damaged or incorrectly made.
Shipping
Made to order
Analog RS products are made on demand. Production begins after an order is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery timing may vary by product, destination, carrier, and seasonal demand.
Delivery and tracking
Available shipping services, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
Address accuracy
Please review the delivery address before paying. Reproduction and reshipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address are not covered.
Lost packages
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if a package appears lost. We will review the tracking and order record and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & refunds
Because each product is made specifically for an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected phone model, or another customer selection error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the full product and the defect.
After review, an eligible claim will receive a replacement at no additional cost or a refund. You generally will not need to return the affected item unless we specifically request it.
Cancellations
Production may begin shortly after payment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Privacy
Information we use
We use information you provide—such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order selection, and payment status—to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. Order and delivery details may be shared with production and shipping providers only as needed to complete and support your purchase. Analog RS does not receive or store your full card number.
Local cart
Items in your cart are saved in your browser so they remain available if you return. Remove the items or clear browser storage to erase this information.

Terms
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm the product, device model, quantity, delivery information, and price are correct. Orders are accepted when payment is completed. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced or fulfilled.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are presented at checkout before payment.
Product appearance
Displays and production processes can cause minor differences in color, texture, placement, or finish. Variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.
